Abstract
Hypertrophic neuropathy is a benign tumour. The sciatic nerve and branches are involved in 13% of cases. Although fascicular nerve biopsy is the mainstay of diagnosis, magnetic resonance imaging can establish the existance of hypertrophic neuropathy.
