Abstract
The Xiaohekou copper deposit is one of the few typical skarn-type, commercial deposits in the Zha-Shan ore cluster area in the eastern part of South Qinling. The ore-related granitoids in the Xiaohekou mining district include a number of small plutons of granodiorite porphyry and granite porphyry, as well as numerous dykes. They are characterized by relatively low SiO2 (65.9–73.3 wt%) and MgO (0.26–1.72 wt%) contents, variable Mg# (29.4–64.0)...
