Abstract
SAPHO syndrome, namely Synovitis, Acne, Pustulosis, Hyperostosis and Osteitis, is a rare autoinflammatory chronic disease presenting with non‐infectious inflammatory osteitis, sterile joint inflammation and skin manifestations, including palmoplantar pustulosis and severe acne.
