Abstract
A 59-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with giant right atrial appendage aneurysm (75 × 87 mm) underwent minimally invasive repair via right mini-thoracotomy. The aneurysm was completely excluded by linear method under beating heart without cardiac arrest.
