Histologic spectrum of polymorphous adenocarcinoma of the salivary gland harbor genetic alterations affecting PRKD genes

Polymorphous adenocarcinoma (PAC) and cribriform adenocarcinoma of (minor) salivary gland (CASG) are salivary gland tumors with overlapping spectrum of morphology.
