Abstract
Human papilloma virus (HPV) affects predominantly the genital area, which includes vagina, cervix, penis, vulva scrotum, rectum and anus. Among 100 types of HPV, 14 types are considered to cause the risky cancer. The gene HPV-16 E7 is responsible for the development of cancer with the infected women.
