Abstract
Six novel organotin (IV) complexes, [(Me 3 Sn) 2 (H 2 O) 2 L] ( 1 ), [(R 3 Sn) 2 L] n (R = Me 2 , R = n ‐Bu 3 ), [(Ph 3 Sn) 2 L] ( 4 ), [Me 2 SnL] n ( 5 ), [(Me 2 Sn) 2 L( μ 3 ‐O)] n ( 6 ) have been designed and synthesized by the reactions of 4,4′‐oxybisbenzoic acid (H 2 L) and triorganotin (IV) chloride or oxide.
