Abstract
Leiomyosarcomas are known to typically originate from smooth muscle cell. Primary adrenal leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare mesenchymal tumor associated with delayed diagnosis and poor prognosis. We report a rare case of leiomyosarcoma arising from the left adrenal gland in a 27-year-old male who presented with left side back ache.
