Abstract
A 26-year-old female presented with acute onset distal paraparesis, upper limb tremor and bilateral facial palsy. Neurophysiology revealed a sensorimotor demyelinating polyneuropathy and lumbar puncture revealed an albuminocytologic dissociation.
