Preparation of CdS nanorods on silicon nanopillars surface by hydrothermal method
Abstract
Cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanorods are fabricated on Silicon (Si) nanopillars surface via hydrothermal reaction method for the first time. To optimize the growth condition, the thickness of CdS seed film, temperature and time of hydrothermal reaction are researched in this work.
