Abstract
Primaquine homodimers, e.g. symmetric PQ-diamides of dicarboxylic acids containing 4 to 8 carbon atoms, were evaluated against Plasmodium berghei hepatic stages and P. falciparum blood stages, as well as against three cancer cell lines.
