Abstract
To control the oral bioavailability of curcumin, we fabricated solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) using tristearin and polyethylene glycol (PEG)ylated emulsifiers. Lipolysis of prepared SLNs via simulated gastrointestinal digestion was modulated by altering the types and concentrations of emulsifiers.
