Symptomatic jugular venous reflux with dilatation of the superior ophthalmic vein mimicking cavernous dural arteriovenous fistula

We report a case of symptomatic jugular venous reflux (JVR) with dilatation of left superior ophthalmic vein (SOV), mimicking cavernous dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF).
