Abstract
Here, we report the complete mitochondrial genomes of the Sculpins species Gymnocanthus intermedius and Gymnocanthus herzensteini. The mitogenomes were determined to be 16,639 bp for G. intermedius and 16,691 bp for G. herzensteini.
