Studies on foraging partitioning in pollinators can provide critical information to the understanding of food‐web niche and pollination functions, thus aiding conservation. Metabarcoding based on PCR amplification and high‐throughput sequencing has seen increasing applications in characterizing pollen loads carried by pollinators.
