Abstract
A 35-year-old gentleman presented with a slow growing, asymptomatic swelling on the right great toe, and dystrophy of nail plate of 15 years duration. There was no history of prior trauma or chronic infection. The subungual nodule of around 2.5–3 cm in size was well-defined, bony hard, and was expanding, destroying nail plate, and normal architecture of nail unit.
