Voltammetric determination of hydrogen peroxide using L-cysteine SAM-SOD modified electrode
Abstract
Self assembled monolayer of SOD was formed on N-acety-L-cysteine SAM modified electrode. Cyclic voltammetry was used to study the electrochemical behaviors of the modified electrode. And the electrode process was reversible one and controlled by adsorption. The SAM-SOD electrode showed an electrochemical response to H2O2. And discovered the electrode showed good linearly for 2.4×10−6 ∼2.0×10-4 mol/L of H2O2 with a detection limit of 9.0×10-7...
