Abstract

Purpose

Lusutrombopag is a novel, orally active thrombopoietin receptor agonist. This report describes 3 studies aimed at assessing the effects of food and calcium carbonate on the pharmacokinetic parameters of lusutrombopag in healthy subjects.

Methods
