Abstract
(−)-L-755,807, which was isolated from an endophytic fungus, Microsphaeropsis sp., consists of a characteristic epoxy-γ-lactam ring and a tetraene-containing side chain, and exhibits bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist activity.
