Abstract
CLL is a clinically heterogeneous disease with wide ranging disease course. A novel CLL-IPI based on Rai/Binet stage, IGHV-mutation status, TP53 mutation/deletion, B2M level, and age was developed to stratify patients into 4 risk groups, with a c-statistic of 0.75.
