Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out the overview of nurses’ characteristics and self-efficacy based on nurse characteristics. This cross-sectional study used cluster sampling involved 12 hospitals in 6 provinces in Indonesia, followed by proportionate random sampling, and obtained 1323 nurses.
