Abstract
Here, we demonstrate the details of annular decalcification using an ultrasonic aspirator in minimally invasive aortic valve replacement for aortic stenosis. In our debridement procedure, the aortic valve leaflets are excised with enough valve tissue left, not just at the annulus.
