Abstract
Here, we develop a new method to improve the surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) activity of ZnO using Mg doping combined with noble metals. Highly aligned silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) decorated on an array of Mg-doped ZnO (MZO@Ag) were fabricated.
