A mixed methods analysis of patients’ advance care planning values in outpatient oncology: Person-Centered Oncologic Care and Choices (P-COCC)

Person-Centered Oncologic Care and Choices (P-COCC) combines an advance care planning (ACP) value-focused patient interview with a care goal video decision aid.
