Abstract
A consultant orthopaedic surgeon who won a High Court appeal against a three month suspension from the UK medical register has now been suspended for two months instead at a new medical practitioners tribunal hearing.
The result means that, after a trip to the High Court and a new tribunal hearing, Mohammed Sait’s suspension from the register has been shortened by just one month.
