Abstract
Pachymeningitis is rare, either idiopathic or secondary to inflammatory disorders, after tumoral, surgical or infectious causes have been excluded. The fibroinflammatory IgG4-related disease is one of the etiologies of pachymeningitis with only few cases reported yet.
