Abstract
Background Immunotherapy for patients with microsatellite‐instable (MSI‐H) tumors or BRAF ‐inhibitors combination treatment for BRAF‐ mutated (mut BRAF) tumors in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) is promising, but the frequency of these molecular changes in trial patients are low.
