Abstract
Flavopiridol, a pan-cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor, was recently identified as an effective antitumor agent for several cancers. We investigated the antitumor effect of flavopiridol on cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), in vitro and in vivo.
