Zhao, Seibert and Hills (“ZSH”) developed an important framework in their 2005 article in the Journal of Applied Psychology. Using a sample of MBA students, ZSH found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy mediated the relationship between certain factors and entrepreneurial intentions.
