Abstract
As a cationic non‐viral gene delivery vector, poly(agmatine/ N , N ′‐cystamine‐bis‐acrylamide) (AGM‐CBA) showed significantly higher plasmid DNA (pDNA) transfection ability than polyethylenimine (PEI) in NIH/3T3 cells.
