Abstract
植食性昆虫诱导的植物挥发物影响地上地下昆虫的互作关系。地下昆虫通过改变地上挥发物, 能拓展与同种和异种的地上昆虫的互作能力。我们以乌桕-红胸律点跳甲(简称跳甲)为对象开展研究。跳甲是取食乌桕的专食性昆虫, 幼虫危害乌桕的根, 成虫危害乌桕的叶。首先通过行为选择实验研究跳甲地下幼虫取食对跳甲地上成虫的行为影响, 其次研究地上成虫的吸引作用对地下幼虫的影响, 最后通过GC-MS和电生理实验鉴定对成虫具有引诱作用的活性物质, 并通过田间实验进行验证。室内和同质园实验结果表明, 跳甲幼虫诱导的叶部挥发物吸引同种的跳甲成虫, 趋避异种的专食性昆虫乌桕卷象, 而地下线虫侵染植物没有这种效应。跳甲成虫取食叶片会增加根部营养物质, 降低根部次生防御物质, 从而促进跳甲幼虫的生长发育。因此, 同种的幼虫和成虫通过操控寄主植物, 可以增加地上成虫的聚集和地下幼虫的取食。总结:同种的地上地下昆虫的互作, 通过增加同种昆虫数量,降低异种昆虫的数量, 从而影响根际和叶际昆虫的种群结构。同时,...
