Abstract
This study investigated the potential of dietary fats to modulate the fatty acid composition of mouse lung phospholipids. Changing the type and amount of lipid in the diet alters the FA composition of the lung surfactant, which may be change the physical and physiologic properties of surfactant and the alveolar surface tension.
