Abstract
Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a main cause of morbidity and mortality following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The cumulative incidence of acute and chronic GVHD (aGVHD, cGVHD) reaches 30%-50% and 20% in pediatric populations, respectively.
