Adipose glucocorticoid action influences whole‐body metabolism via modulation of hepatic insulin action

The connection between adipose glucocorticoid action and whole-body metabolism is incompletely understood. Thus, we generated adipose tissue-specific glucocorticoid receptor-knockout (Ad-GcR-/-) mice to explore potential mechanisms.
