Abstract
Magnetic nanofluids can be prepared by dispersing surfacted nanoparticles in an appropriate carrier medium. The microwave absorbing properties of a magnetic nanofluid based on barium hexaferrite (BAF) is promising since BAF is a good microwave absorber.
