Abstract
Nanopillars are successfully fabricated on the silicon micro pyramid surface to micro-nano structure by Cesium Chloride (CsCl) self-assembly lithography method and dry etching. Cadmium sulfide (CdS) heterojunction solar cell and photoresistor with micro-nano surface texture are prepared to study the effects of the micro-nano structure.
