Abstract
The efficacy of two irradiation technologies: Ultraviolet-C light (UV-C), applied in water or in diluted peroxyacetic acid, and dry-pulsed light (PL) for the inactivation and growth inhibition of Listeria innocua in fresh-cut broccoli were evaluated.
