Welcome to the New Editor-in-Chief

I have had the privilege of serving as the Editor-in-Chief (EiC) for IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters (MWCL) for the past three years. During this time, the Letters has experienced a 20% increase in the number of papers submitted and published.
