Abstract
A novel cell-wall polysaccharides (AAPs) were extracted from the fruits of Actinidia arguta and separated into four parts which were named water-eluted polysaccharide (WPS), salt-eluted polysaccharide (SPS)-1, SPS-2 and SPS-3.
