Abstract
To the Editor: We have read the article with great interest by Dr Nan Lv et al.1 In this retrospective study, the authors reviewed and analyzed the clinical data and vessel wall magnetic resonance imaging (VW-MRI) images of 110 patients with unruptured intracranial aneurysms (IAs), and found that the aneurysm wall enhancement (AWE) group had a higher rupture risk than non-AWE group (P < .001).
