Abstract
Rebamipide has low oral bioavailability (10%) due to its low solubility and permeability. Lipid nanoemulsions (LNEs) were prepared in order to improve its oral bioavailability. Rebamipide-loaded lipid nanoemulsions were formulated by hot homogenization and ultrasonication method.
