Abstract
In this study, a radioisotope (RI) detection-assisted biochip was developed for the evaluation of the inhibitory effects of natural products on protein kinase C (PKC) activity. It was shown that PKC activity was inhibited by coptisine in dose-dependent manner. These findings suggest that the RI detection-assisted protein biochip should be applicable to high throughput screening for kinase inhibitors. It was found that coptisine shows inhibitory...
