Abstract
BRCA1-deficient tumor cells have defects in homologous-recombination repair and replication fork stability, resulting in PARP inhibitor sensitivity. Here, we demonstrate that a deubiquitinase, USP1, is upregulated in tumors with mutations in BRCA1.
