Abstract
Hierarchically porous silicon carbide (SiC) monoliths were fabricated based on polycarbosilane ( PCS ), divinyl benzene ( DVB ), and decalin, by a sequence of procedures including catalyst‐free hydrosilylation reaction‐induced phase separation, ambient‐pressure drying, calcination, and HF etching.
