Abstract
The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of CPP on the DNA methylation and expressions of lipid metabolism-related genes (leptin and MTTP) in hyperlipidemic rats. After 8 weeks intervention of CPP, the abdominal wall fat index, liver weight, the serum concentrations of TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased, while HDL was increased.
