Abstract
Indoor residual spraying of insecticide (IRS) has been associated with reductions in the incidence of malaria, but its impact on malaria parasitemia is unclear.We followed 469 participants from August 2011 to May 2016 in Tororo, Uganda, a historically high malaria transmission setting.
