Abstract
SAD kinases regulate presynaptic vesicle clustering and neuronal polarization. A previous report demonstrated that Sada−/− and Sadb−/− double-mutant mice showed perinatal lethality with a severe defect in axon/dendrite differentiation, but their single mutants did not.
