THE EFFECT OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND ROLE CONFLICT TO EMPLOYEE’S COMMITMENTS WITH WORK STRESS AS MEDIATION

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of strategic leadership and role conflict on employee commitment with job stress as mediation.
