Abstract
This research was conducted to test the effectiveness of antibacterial inhibition of galangal (Alpinia galanga L.) on the growth of Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis bacteria with concentration 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90%, 100 %.
