Abstract
A novel water-soluble polysaccharide designated as TPS was isolated from the fermentation mycelia of Trichoderma kanganensis. TPS had a weight-average molecular mass of 3.074 × 105 Da, and the monosaccharide composition was consisted of Man (45.5%), GlcA (5.5%), Glc (10%), and Gal (39%).
